The AHA’s Family & Friends® CPR Course is a video-based, classroom course designed for anyone who wants to learn CPR in an instructor-led or facilitated group environment. This course is particularly suitable for those who do not need a course completion card for their job or other requirements. The Family & Friends CPR training is perfect for community groups, parents, grandparents, caregivers, schools, students, and others interested in learning how to save a life. It serves as a foundational introduction to essential skills, making it an excellent precursor to more advanced training like Basic Life Support, Heartsaver® CPR, or Pediatric CPR Training.
